Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

### Return & Exchange Policy
We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

* Product should be returned with original packaging  
* Return/exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery  

Returns or exchanges may not apply to damaged products caused after delivery or misuse.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and banking process.

If approved:
* Online payment orders will be refunded to the original payment method  
* Exchange orders will be processed accordingly
